Good Morning School donor with the students

How It Started

Madam Lucy Odera established a feeding program in Nairobi’s Tassia Eastern neighborhood for children who were unable to attend school owing to poverty or orphanhood.

Good Morning School opened its classroom doors in January of 2018. The school was established to provide hope to orphaned and impoverished youngsters.

According to the Tassia community’s understanding, advantaged youngsters were likewise admitted for a low charge. Good Morning School’s aim is to give all children the opportunity to study, speak, and act by providing food, clothing, education, and housing.

Community people are also encouraged to share their educational ideas and are given work opportunities to better their livelihoods, reduce poverty, and promote rural development.

How We Sustain Our Work

Our programs are sustained by promoting community partnerships and practices, employing trained staff, having a vibrant management board, charging tuition fees, child sponsorship, volunteering, and donating.

Beneficiaries Of The School

We provide care to orphans and minimal fee-paying students. The Local community also benefits through jobs. The working staff, volunteers, and supporters benefit through gaining new experiences and establishing close connections spanning across boundaries of culture.

Mission

Every child deserves an opportunity to excel academically and behaviorally
